You are what you eat/ BUY YOUR FOOD HERE!!!
Most people eat cooked meals everyday and they think that they are healthy. The raw style brings much more than healthy living. Its a new lifestyle, a new way people look at the world, how they feel, who they are.
When your body encounters cooked foods it treats it as an infection and starts an immunity reaction which causes an overload on your immune system and it becomes weak over the years. If you have cooked food in your diet, make sure you eat it after the raw food. The uncooked foods are alkaline and, if eaten first in the same meal, they serve to balance chemically the cooked foods, which are acidic.

Why Raw Food

The commitment to become 100% raw is a serious one in so far as
the intense lifestyle change it requires. The first question commonly asked is
what does a raw food diet consist of? A raw food diet consists of vegetables,
fruits, nuts, seeds, and sprouts. We do not espouse to eating raw meat of any
kind!
The naysayers of a raw food diet often site weak arguments for cooked foods and animal flesh. The basis for their arguments against a plant based diet is not founded in biology, anatomy, or chemistry. It’s not founded in science at all! Generally, people’s opinions about nutrition are usually formed on a combination of misstated facts, anecdotal experiments and observations of a small group of people.
Although a raw plant diet is by strict scientific definition can be proven as biologically perfect nutrition for the human body, the path to its return is difficult and often physically painful. Most people do not have the will power to achieve this. A vegan life style is often considered extreme, by a raw foodist’s standards, the vegan lifestyle is decadent. Vegans often make tremendous mistakes by selecting highly processed foods as their staples. Tofu, tempeh, gluten, rice, and refined foods are not by any knowledgeable person’s standards “health foods”.
It’s also not necessary to achieve optimal health, the reason being that the body has a margin for error. The trick to optimal health is plan for the error by creating parameters your body will adapt to then stick to your parameters of error.
There is no scientific justification for the consumption of animal flesh. Its basis is either rooted in tradition or necessity. All flesh foods have their origin from plants; the sun is the source of all energy in the organic world. Plants are the only life form that can convert the sun’s energy into usable energy. All organic life feeds off plant life. When you eat the flesh of a plant eater, you are eating plants. But in the flesh the nourishment is in a concentrated form that brings along with it the toxins and waste gases in the flesh of the animal at the time of its death. You are what you “eat” is an accurate statement.
The journey to this higher consciousness diet involves a relational change with one’s ingrained eating habits and the surrender of a lifelong series of food addictions. Flesh and dairy food are very stimulating and make us feel good short term, which are hard to give up.
Eating a diet that 3/4 raw food or 80% raw /20% cooked is an intermediate path and many have been very successful with vibrant health! Getting to a 100% is ideal, but many people can’t get to that level. Nevertheless the more raw foods that are consumed and the balance of diet of raw foods to cooked or processed foods is outweighed the healthier the individual will be! Each body is different and some of us our victims of our ancestry in which some may need to eat animal flesh as a stimulant. But for the most part, the majority who leave out the bad and increases their daily intake of raw foods are most successful and suffer lease from disease.
Make sure you do not combine flesh with starchy carbs of any kind, e.g. potatoes, rice, bread, and so on. If you do eat flesh food, which is highly not recommended for socio, economic, physical, and environmental issues, always eat flesh foods with a big serving of leafy greens to help with digestion. Furthermore, there are some high quality digestive enzyme supplements one might consider using when eating hard to digest foods. Premier Digest, Premier HCL, Premier HCL Activator, Premier Probiotic, Aloe Legend, and Gastro-Ven.

Raw Foods

Cow milk and cow cheese should be avoided at all costs. Sorry!!
A raw food diet is ideal for those living in warm climates. However, a 100% raw food diet can be maintained very successfully in a cold environment if one is willing to endure feeling colder and wearing more layers of clothing.
You cannot maintain an unnaturally large muscular physique with a chiefly raw food diet unless large amounts of supplements are added to your diet and even then the results are unpredictable. If you stuff your face with 10 times the necessary calories needed to survive you are putting the digestive system under enormous strain. You are aging yourself faster and you are not thinking of the long term negative consequences. Maintaining an unnatural physique more than likely will have a negative consequence in the long term.
With a truly clean diet, and an adjustment period, you can feel like a powerful warrior and be less prone to injuries. Furthermore, athletes with clean diets have shorter recovery periods from injuries, age slower, and are able to maintain an extraordinary workload with less rest and less fatigue.
There are risks associated with being 90% or 100% raw for a long periods, while the body totally detoxes from poor lifestyle habits, after 3 to 5 years of being totally raw, one cannot simply jump in and out of this lifestyle without causing complications to their health.
The highest quality and the cleanest diet for humans has become befuddled by health practitioners that do not correctly connect the dots, mostly because they are basing their concepts and theories on older, or newer incorrect sciences and not their own personal experiences combined with scientific data! Personal experience is POWERFUL, you must go through the experience to truly understand vibrant health!
The culture of nonsense and profiteering in food service industries has made the simplest concepts impossible to navigate.
The primary model of nutrition that we promote is:
1. Eliminate processed foods STARCHES
2. Avoid dairy products
3. Reduce the intake of animal flesh or eliminate them entirely
4. Drink more green juices
5. Eat less and don’t eat late at night
6. Understand and practice correct food combinations
7. Do colonics
8. Get sufficient rest
9. Drink lots of clean water
10. Have a positive attitude
These are all sound nutritional and lifestyle choices and "WHEN IN DOUBT LEAVE IT OUT" is a motto I live by.
Where it gets complicated is when toxic people try to clean up their act and feel weak in the early stages, or are told they are deficient in this vitamin or that mineral and so on. Don't give up and believe people who haven't a clue on nutrition or haven't EXPERIENCED this lifestyle, you have the free will to tell someone 'thank you for sharing" and RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN from toxic people trying to give you nutritional advice!

The most respected nutritional books on the planet all say similar things and the majority of the knowledge and sciences are correct. But in certain areas they are dead wrong, and that has caused much confusion and problems with our population and generation after generation. Human beings do not need even 1oz of flesh to survive! The nutrients, protein, carbohydrates, fats, h20, and salts can all be derived from a vegetable based diet combined with supplements.
Where it gets complicated is when a “clean” diet (more to come defining a clean diet) includes big mistakes (more to come on the big mistakes). Those mistakes are likely to cause problems (more to come on the potential problems), and lead to the incorrect assumption that the vegetarian or higher raw food diet is wrong. The fact is that animal flesh is nothing more than concentrated protein and other “larger” molecules originally derived from vegetation, the consumption of which has injurious effects on the human physiology. A decision about a lifestyle choice has to be made; A structure, one which you can live with, has to be set in your diet. Stay within that structure and avoid sliding in and out of it. This is how optimum health is maintained. The beginner should start with an adjustment to at least a 60% raw diet and 40% correctly cooked foods. In my one on one sessions I show all my clients a details program on how to do this. More juices should be consumed! Juice requires almost no digestion and one can go for very long periods of time on juice alone. Combine food properly. Humans can function very well on a diet of 80% raw and 20% cooked food. The detoxing and sustaining result would be similar but slower than if one is 100% raw. 80/20 is a daily intake dynamic, not eating raw for a week and then having a sunday pig out on cooked foods. Our primary addiction is to feel good and it takes a long time to wean oneself from the short term addiction of foods and move into the long term addiction to feeling healthy and clean. "When you abstain from foods that interfere with the natural healing physiology of your body, cleansing and detoxing begins. The body’s biochemistry has evolved over millions of years. One of the laws governing the body is that it will function optimally if what we eat is consistent with our biochemical make-up. A diet consisting almost entirely of raw fruits and vegetable, nuts, seeds, and small amounts of certain grains, given a chance in the right environment, can do amazing things. on the other hand, the body has an extraordinary capacity to adapt to toxic foods and desensitize itself so that we are not aware of what’s actually happening to us, i.e., we are getting sick!" Fred Bisci, Phd. Processed foods, which includes anything that does not occur in nature, with the exception of certain grains used in moderation, make us sick, overweight and accelerates aging. It is common sense that introducing raw food into your diet – either 100%, which is very advanced nutrition, or at least 80%, which is an intermediate raw life style, will result in optimal health conditions because of what we are leaving out: primarily processed foods. Although if your at 70/30 you can lead a good clean life! Juices and raw foods are the highest biological quality food one can consume. The density of superb nutrition you are absorbing during a full day of juicing – combined with abstinence of highly processed foods, cooked foods, and/or concentrated proteins – sets you on a path to a variety of internal cleansing processes. Individuals with certain illnesses that attempt to jump into a 100% raw food diet, especially someone on certain medications can get very sick. Be cautious. |
